The Service are closed aligned with Youth Justice Service and you will be responsible for ensuring a multi-agency response and alignment with youth justice officers, exploitation workers, social workers, police officers, health workers, psychologists, education workers, substance misuse workers, and many other professionals.
The service work in a trauma informed way, having regular reflective practice sessions to support you and your service, to allow time to step back and consider approaches and interventions. You will be responsible for the support system that ensure practitioners are able to deliver effective interventions that make a difference for young people and their families, in all aspects of their lives.
You will lead on implementing our Contextual Safeguarding response with our multi-agency partners and wider children’s services. Now is a great time to join us to be part of this service.

About you
We're looking for a confident and dynamic individual who enjoys making a difference in their local community, are curious and spot things that others might not see, enjoys building relationships and improving outcomes for vulnerable young people.
You must:
- Have a degree level Social Work qualification and hold a Social Work England registration
- Have the ability to work from a variety of locations and travel independently
