The Role of the UK Service Manager
Co-ordinate a national team of fluid management technicians.
Ensure delivery of contracts to the agreed SLA.
Planning & scheduling of mobile team of technicians.
Supporting regional sales teams to develop & grow accounts.
Ensuring HSEQ standards are maintained across all locations.
Lead, motivate and support a large, national team of managers, engineers, and technicians.

The Ideal Person for the UK Service Manager
Degree in Engineering or related subject preferred.
5 years’ experience managing a large team within an engineering environment.
Experience with metalworking fluids/lubricants desirable but not essential.
Strong computer skills.
Knowledge of prevailing legal, health, safety, and environmental legislation.
