The role
You’ll support the sales team in generating new sales growth for a leading Ultrasound equipment portfolio by providing clinical and technical support for our client’s customers. Exceptional customer service will be your priority - you’ll use your expertise to provide product demonstrations at customer sites, hospitals, and conferences, ensuring all equipment is demonstrated to its best advantage.
Other responsibilities include:
Managing all post-sales customer product and applications training
Liaising with the Sales & Product Manager to ensure that the latest information is available for users, including attending international meetings
Managing the customer feedback loop at all stages of the sales process
Supplying feedback to the management teams
Identifying and documenting all key influencers within your accounts
Providing support at courses delivered by key accounts/customers
Regularly visiting customer sites to ensure satisfaction
Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
Creating supporting documentation for products including formal applications reports
The requirements
You’ll have at least one year’s experience working as a Qualified Sonographer in a clinical ultrasound environment, as well as:
Degree Educated in a relevant discipline
Experience working within the commercial sector, with demonstrable customer service skills, is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
A full UK driving licence and willing to travel across the territory
Fast learner who is positive, driven, and keen to progress
Driven, energetic and charismatic
