Working with colleagues as a key member of the Laws Undergraduate Programmes Team, this role ensures the operational delivery of a comprehensive and high quality, student-centred administrative service, across the full student lifecycle of undergraduate taught programmes. This includes start of term induction, teaching and learning activities, student feedback and experience, curriculum and timetable management, assessment and examinations, academic regulations and an advisory and support service to staff and students. This post supports the effective management of the team through line management and supervision of team members, and promotion of best practice and continuous improvement of processes and team collaboration. The role is offered as a three year fixed term position or as a secondment opportunity for internal UCL applicants.

About you

Essential qualities include excellent planning, organisational and decision-making skills, the ability to exercise initiative, and a meticulous degree of accuracy and attention to detail. As a team player with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, you will be able to handle competing priorities and manage a diverse workload, responding constructively as challenges arise, and supporting colleagues in achieving the team’s objectives.
