Your career progression as a Suite Manager could be right around the corner at Wimbledon Common Care Home in Wimbledon, London.    The home is looking for an experienced leader like you to lead on the designated Suite to ensure safe staffing levels are maintained and person-centred planning processes are of the highest standards.

You will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring all staff are supported, deliver person centred-care and undertake general care work as appropriate, always promoting independence and well-being by ensuring that residents’ personal, psychological and social care needs are met.

To join us a Suite  Manager (non clinical), it is essential that you are have 2 years’ experience within the care sector and evidence of up to date training.  You will have the super-human characteristics of being efficient whilst always putting people first, showing kindness and still have energy to love life and make it meaningful for yourself and those in your care.
