Empowering Learning Ltd is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals without formal teaching qualifications to join our team as Unqualified Secondary School Teachers on a supply basis in the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire areas. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while contributing to the education of young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set work to students in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Manage the classroom environment effectively.
• Ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.

Pay Rate:
The daily rate of pay for Unqualified Secondary School Teachers will range between £120 to £160.

Working Conditions:

• As an Unqualified Secondary School Teacher, you may work in up to 5 different schools per week based on your availability.
• Flexibility is key, and assignments may vary depending on the needs of the schools.
