Job Title: Unscheduled Care Practitioner; (Nurse or Paramedic)

Salary: £54600

Location: Cumberland, Cumbria

Your Role:

• Full time 37.5 hours
• To work as part of the town wide clinical team and be expected to see patients in their own homes or in one of the primary care settings this includes care homes linked to practices.
• Function as an autonomous practitioner while in conjunction with other health professionals
• Non medical prescribing isn't mandatory but will be expected that you are willing to be put through this qualification
• Dedicated admin time
