Your new role

• Creating and improving billing processes and practices
• Solving complex billing issues and scenarios
• Finding and implementing system enhancements
• Providing high-quality billing training to new staff
• Acting as the final escalation point for the firm's billing super users
• Supporting the Head of Financial Operations in leading projects and initiatives
• Being a key member of the core project team
• Ensuring the best processes and working practices are in place to meet the firm's billing needs

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Experience in finding the best solution for various billing requirements
• Be on short notice
• Experience in change management and managing a team
• Experience in a professional services firm

What you\'ll get in return
£45,000 - £50,000
Fully remote role (ocasional visit to the office to get to know the team in the first couple of weeks e.g once a week every so often or one week with a hotel booked for a couple of nights etc..)
