Used Car Sales Manager - Multisite

What you’ll be doing:

• This role will be overseeing three of our main dealerships, Chiswick Honda, Chiswick MG and Wimbledon park Honda. Experience of managing multiple sites would an advantage.
• Market and actively sell vehicles to maximise sales and ensure all targets and KPIs are achieved
• Promote the sale of accessories and service packages
• Have a strong understanding of financial and insurance products, ensuring accurate information is provided when negotiating deals
• Assist and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis
• Supply forecasting trends and address shortfalls if applicable
• Support management to help coach and develop the skills of the sales team

What we need from you:

• Experienced highly successful Sales Manager, driven to exceed set sales targets and KPIs, ability to lead by example
• Have a complete understanding of Inventory management, fluent in purchasing Used Car stock, competent in vehicle valuations, and vehicle presentation
• Understanding of competitor strategies, working to a Pricing Strategy, keeping on top of market conditions
• Previous experience with a volume brand, deal book management, working to a high preparation standard, an understanding of Digital Presence
• Exceptional interpersonal and team skills, committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service
• A full manual driving licence

Location: Chiswick Honda - London, W4 5YT
Contract Type Permanent
Salary: OTE up to £66,000 per annum, plus company car
Hours: 44.25 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, Sundays on a rota basis
