Location: Birmingham, Hybrid, B24 9FD
Salary: GBP25,730 - GBP31,448 (depending on experience)

You are an experienced administrator who is meticulous and is looking for a role with autonomy and variety.

In this role you will be supporting our User Experience team with the administration and configuration of the learning management system (LMS).

As our User Experience Administrator, you will work within the User Experience team being responsible for the administration and configuration of the learning platforms and associated platforms.

You will ensure the User Experience, is accessible, effective, and relevant to all users from diverse backgrounds shaped by user feedback.

You will provide a prompt and appropriate troubleshooting resource for users to enable them to overcome any technical functionality or access issues.

You will ensure that content and assessments held on the learning platform are routinely updated; of high quality, achieve learning goals and are relevant for its intended audience.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• To be a proficient user of Microsoft office applications
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• To be meticulous with consistent attention to detail and Accuracy
• To enjoy problem solving and trouble shooting
• Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
• To be organised with a methodical approach
• Creativity skills
• Previous Learning Management (LMS) experience is preferred but is not essential
