Role: User Researcher

Day Rate: £480 - £520pd - OUTSIDE IR35

Location: London (hybrid)

Clearance required: ACTIVE SC clearance

Duration: Initial 6 month Work Package with scope for extension (4 year programme)

Are you an Agile User Researcher, with strong Public Sector domain experience, looking to work for a high-calibre Consultancy pioneering innovation, quality and success for Products critical to UK Public Sector?

We're looking for an SC cleared User Researcher who has experience in:

• Data Projects and Products - closely working alongside Data Engineers and Tech Leads
• Sound Public Sector domain experience (ideally in Home Office environments)
• Expertise in GDS development process and alignment
• Aligning stakeholder's differing needs from the research - strong engagement skills
• Clearly communicate and demonstrate the importance of UR for product development and the benefits it brings
• Ability to create a unified vision within the Team into the UR process
• Ability to take on user-centred design responsibilities/BA if required
• An inquisitive, intelligent and proactive nature - these personal attributes are key, as you will be consultative and client facing
