Job description
We're looking for Utilities Site Engineers to join our Natural Resources team to deliver one of the highest profile projects in the UK, HS2, the roles will cover Southam to Brackley, Brackley to Aylesbury and Aylesbury to North Chilterns.
Location: based anywhere from Southam to Aylesbury where your role will cover stretches of the HS2 line - with travel to the office and sites required
Contract: Permanent- full time, part time/ flexible hours may be available, just let us know
Responsibilities
As Utilities Site Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering multiple projects within budget and timescales, whilst complying with Health, Safety and Environment. Completing documentation to get contract to site and then delivering utility diversion project schemes including water, gas, electric and communication assets.
Your day to day will include:
Set our projects on site within the Designs including as-builts from inception to completion of schemes
Manage the day-to-day site operations
Writing RAMS/ WPP's, documentation for ITP's
Complete the required daily records for all programme delays, attendees, commercial and issue the relevant teams
Manage and ensure ITP's are agreed and completed accordingly
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Engineer is great for you if you:
Have experience in a similar role within the industry delivering utilities and utility diversions - water, electrical and communications
Hold SSSTS, NRSWA Supervisor and full driving licence
Contractual and commercial awareness along with knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
