The Role: UI/UX Designer
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be at the forefront of creating captivating user interfaces and experiences, with a sharp focus on turning visitors into loyal customers. Your creative spark will ignite alongside a creative team and under the expert guidance of a Head of Creative. Together, you’ll deliver innovative, best-practice solutions that speak directly to the clients' target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership and Creativity: Take the reins on projects, owning the concepts and executing all design work in your portfolio.
Diverse Project Portfolio: Dive into a variety of concurrent design projects spanning different brands, deadlines, and teams.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the development teams to ensure flawless implementation and adherence to best practices.
Conversion-Centric: Analyse briefs thoroughly, delivering wireframes and designs that exceed conversion and experience objectives.
Client-Centric: Actively engage in client discussions, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
Requirements:
Experience Matters: 5+ years in an agency, in-house studio, or similar work environment.
Adobe Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
Sense of Urgency: Possess a strong sense of urgency, commitment to quality, and the ability to think strategically to maximise client communication conversion.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills to clearly convey ideas, concepts, and challenges.
Positive Attitude: Bring a positive, curious, high-energy mindset, and a burning desire to learn.
Marketplace Savvy: In-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace and design industry trends, with the capacity to turn this knowledge into powerful creative solutions.
