Ux Designer

As our next UX Designer, you’ll be driving and instrumental in leading the UX team. Previous experience in a UX Designer or management role is important, as is having hands-on experience working with a variety of digital products and understanding how they all align. Your remit will be to provide expertise from a user and customer perspective, ensuring that the experience is coherent and world-leading.

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess openness, trust, and courage. This role requires an individual who is steadfast in their viewpoint and demonstrates confidence. For this role, we're keen to bring in someone who can work well with ambiguity, considering the environment we work within. This role would suit somebody who has a level of humility and is willing to push, challenge, and have a healthy debate.

You’d be working with a team of talented designers, analysts, developers, and product owners and have a full understanding of the decision-making whilst addressing any blockers that may arise. You’ll lead and ensure consistency in design, brand execution, and overarching digital principles. Your day-to-day activities will include leading on design direction for the configurator, website, and customer journeys within CRM. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work across different products, where you’ll demonstrate a solid understanding of CRM, configurator, and website.

• Having worked in a similar UX Designer position.
• Experience gained within any industry.
• Can commit to a 14-month Fixed Term Contract

This is a 14-month Fixed Term Contract working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis. There is an expectation of occasional travel on an as-and-when requirement.
