SalaryWe are looking for a skilled UX/UIDesigner / Front End Developer who is passionate about creating intuitive, seamless, and visually appealing user experiences. In this role, you will have a few main & varied responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and eventually produce high fidelity wireframes after several iterations. Once wireframed, these will be passed onto the Development team, who will do their magic and will eventually get sent back to you. You will then be required to design and transform into accessible and user-friendly interfaces that meet our users' needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design principles, HTML, CSS & JavaScript knowledge, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a proven track record of taking initial concepts into polished, functional designs. our cross-functional teams to wireframe products and components
Responsibilities
- Use your knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript to fix any issues that arise in our products and components
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather initial business requirements, create user friendly and accessible based wireframe solutions, prototypes and designs ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Gather feedback to iterate and enhance wireframes based on user insights.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and other design documentation to ensure consistency and quality across products.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of user-centered design principles.
- Using our in-house design system to design and build attractive UI components.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
- Ensuring products & components are accessible to all users by adhering to web accessibility standards
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure a bug-free user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UX/UI design, and advocate for their integration into our processes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Responsive Web Design - HTML, CSS (SASS) & JavaScript
- At least 2-3 year’s experience of UX/UI design skills using Axure, Figma or similar
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Atlassian JIRA
- Experience using version control (Git).
- Knowledge of the .NET framework (C#) & MS SQL
- Knowledge of SEO principles
