SalaryWe are looking for a skilled UX/UI Web Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, seamless, and visually appealing user experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to wireframe, design and deliver accessible and user-friendly interfaces that meet our users' needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a proven track record of taking initial concepts into polished, functional designs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather initial business requirements, create user friendly and accessible based wireframe solutions, prototypes and designs ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Gather feedback to iterate and enhance wireframes based on user insights.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and other design documentation to ensure consistency and quality across products.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of user-centered design principles.
- Using our in-house design system to design and build attractive UI components.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
- Ensuring products & components are accessible to all users by adhering to web accessibility standards
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure a bug-free user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UX/UI design, and advocate for their integration into our processes.
Required Skills
- At least 2-3 year’s experience of UX/UI design skills using Axure, Figma or similar
- Strong knowledge of Responsive Web Design - HTML, CSS (SASS) & JavaScript
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Atlassian JIRA
- Experience using version control (Git).
- Knowledge of the .NET framework (C#) & MS SQL
- Knowledge of SEO principles
