Role Summary
Aubay is seeking a versatile UX/UI Developer with a keen eye for UX/UI design to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, pragmatic, and thrives in a dynamic environment. They should excel in communication, collaborating with business users to refine requirements and deliver innovative solutions. With a solid foundation in front-end technologies and extensive UI/UX experience, they will drive the design and development of responsive interfaces across various devices. Proficiency in cloud-native infrastructure, SDLC methodologies, and security practices is essential. Additionally, familiarity with the energy industry and trading environments is advantageous. Required Skills and Experience
- UI/UX Experience: More than 3 years of experience in UI/UX with proficiency in interaction design techniques.
- Prototyping Skills: Demonstrated ability to create UI mock-ups and prototypes.
- Front-end Technologies: Over 5 years of experience with front-end web technologies, including React and HTML5.
- Responsive Design: Experience in designing user interfaces for various devices, ensuring seamless accessibility.
- Web Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with best practices in web standards and usability.
- Real-time UI Updates:Understanding of responsive UI design and real-time processing techniques such as SignalR/WebSockets.
- Technical Collaboration: Well-rounded technical understanding to collaborate effectively on technical specifications.
- Cloud Native Experience: Hands-on experience with Azure cloud native infrastructure, including API & web applications, serverless functions, and storage solutions.
- Design Documentation: Proficiency in planning, documenting, and communicating design processes and concepts clearly and concisely.
- SDLC Exposure: Comprehensive exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Git/GitHub workflows, CI/CD deployments (preferably with YAML pipelines), and work planning/tracking with Azure Boards.
- Security Awareness: Experience with enterprise static analysis and security tools like SonarQube/WhiteSource/Blackduck to ensure robust security practices.
