Business Support Manager
  • Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
  • 5 out of 7 days per week

What you'll be doing:
  • The role of the Business Support Manager is to assist the business in delivering and supporting change across the Levy UK&I venues. Whether new venue mobilisations and transitions, or current operations the focus is on enhancing guest experience and driving commercial success.
  • Optimisation will be at the heart of what you do, whether it be reviewing and optimising guest experiences by delivering targeted training programmes, or reviewing business performance and optimising data informed commercial efficiencies, your mantra will be “what can we do better?”
  • You will assist in developing the plan and then be focussed on delivering it, whether it’s a mobilisation, transition, or a venue review, ensuring that we optimise our presence is the key to success.
  • When it comes to a new venue, you will support the operational transition, ensuring that our Signatures and guest service culture are adopted effectively from the start. Leaning on your understanding of best practice methodology, you will ensure that transitioned teams understand the importance and positive impact of working with our Signatures across their venue.
  • Reviewing the findings of our Business Excellence team and your own observations when working within venue team. You will support our operational teams to enhance the guest experience delivery from an operational delivery perspective, and in doing so enhance guest experience and client perception.
  • At all times, this role should be focussed on Business Optimisation and brand integrity for both new and current venues within the Levy UK&I portfolio

  • Tactically strategic - contributes to discussions in relation to operational strategy and planning
  • Projects and logistics - experienced in being part of team that delivers projects and/or complex logistic plans to optimise and improve performance
  • Embraces change – is involved with and embraces the change discussion focussing on improvements with key stakeholders, before driving and supporting change at venues
  • Knowledge hungry – strives to continually learn more, growing breadth and depth of knowledge to enhance personal development
  • Flexible and agile - balances structured approach, resilience, and problem-solving skills with ability to flex and adapt as required. Appreciates need for speed of action and reaction without diluting quality of results
