Head of Automated Warehouse Technical | Permanent | Competitive
As Head of Automated Warehouse Technical, you'll be experienced in developing and delivering engineering strategies and budgets, leveraging proven technologies. You will have knowledge of the risk consideration for operating an Automated Warehouse and experience in providing mitigations.
Encirc makes, fills, and distributes glass bottles and jars. As Head of Automated Warehouse Technical, you will be a key member of the Logistics Leadership team, managing the Automated Warehouse Engineering and Systems teams to ensure the Automated Warehouse is operationally available at all agreed times and the operating systems are optimised. You will lead a proactive maintenance strategy and the effective use of capital investment to take advantage of technological and system developments.
The Key Requirements
- Degree level, preferably in Engineering or Automation
- Experience in maintaining an Automated Warehouse to support manufacturing and despatch operations
- Experienced in managing teams, working in a 24/7 environment
- Proven skills in developing and leading projects from initiation through to completion overseeing timely delivery within budget
- Asset lifecycles and asset management, including preventative maintenance planning and execution
