Line Supervisor (Palletiser Area) | Secondment - 12 months | £45,000 - £56,000 - Internal Only

As Line Supervisor, you’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will have the ability to drive performance across the balanced agenda and be confident managing people, coaching & mentoring - team development & engagement. You will also be able to make day-today decisions in a fast-paced environment.

As our next Line Supervisor you will be responsible for first line management of the operational team within the Palletiser area. You will supervise people ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with Encirc health & safety and hygiene policies, operational procedures and regulations.

The Key Requirements - 

• Must have experience in the Palletiser area
• Experience of managing complex operating processes
• First line manager experience within a shift based FMCG environment.
