More about the role:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to role commencement stage
- Review CV’s, conduct initial phone screening providing a short candidate summary prior to interviews by hiring manager
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Utilise the various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing.
- Support and maintain the talent pipeline for current and future hiring
About you:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Experience of using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in full cycle recruitment
- Experience in high volume recruitment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
