Job Introduction

Talent Acquisition Advisor
  • £30,000 per annum
  • Remote/Hybrid role ideally based in the Midlands/North due to location of sites

Levy are looking for a dynamic recruitment professional to work as part of an experienced Talent and wider People team, you will provide recruitment support for the Levy business including the provision of a successful pipeline of talent to satisfy the recruitment needs.
You will work closely with hiring managers and provide an end to end recruitment process to meet the people needs of the business. This includes sourcing, attracting and selecting the best candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate journey.

More about the role:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to role commencement stage
  • Review CV’s, conduct initial phone screening providing a short candidate summary prior to interviews by hiring manager
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Utilise the various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing.
  • Support and maintain the talent pipeline for current and future hiring

About you:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Experience of using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in full cycle recruitment
  • Experience in high volume recruitment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
