An exceptional Talent Acquisition Advisor is needed to manage recruitment activities within the public sector. The role requires skills in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting excellent candidates for various departments within the Human Resources team.

Description

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy within budget.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Advisor should have:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Job Offer

• 6 month temporary contract
