My client is an international, leading high-volume and bespoke product manufacturer who supply into multiple global industries. They work closely with each customer to understand the specific needs of their business and are committed to meeting the highest possible levels of customer service.

They have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Validation Engineerto play a crucial part in the company expanding their customer portfolio.

The Role

Reporting to the MD the Validation Engineer will manage the end-to-end process as well as understanding the technical steps along the way.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Designing, developing & creating validation protocols for new and existing equipment, systems, and processes
• Execution of validation activities
• Conducting validation testing and experiments
• Data collection and analysis
• Preparation of detailed validation documentation, such as plans, test scripts and reports
• Risk assessments
• Quality compliance
• Trouble shooting and issue resolution.
• Provision of training and guidance

The Candidate

The Validation Engineer appointed to this role will have proven experience in Validation within a regulated industry (such as pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Healthcare).

You will have an Engineering qualification (whether Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical) and have a strong understanding of validation principles and methodologies as they are applied to Pharmaceutical and/or FDA regulations.

You will have familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 15378, GMP) and proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical analysis, and validation software.

This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams as well as strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
