We'll help you succeed
You'll be a Senior manager who will join our Valuation Team and you'll take the lead on engagements through to delivery. These engagements cover f inancial reporting purposes including intangible assets and purchase price allocations; advising on impairment issues, portfolio company/asset valuations, financial instruments and related fair value matters . The Senior Manager is also expected to support in further development of opportunities but also maintain the firms quality standards.
You'll be someone with

• Solid grounding in valuations gained ideally from another professional services firm.
• Proficiency in a number of valuation techniques including: discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options and other derivatives pricing, intangible asset valuation techniques.
• Adept ability to interpret financial statements in the context of valuations.
• Strong business writing, analytical and excel modelling skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic background including a professional qualification in accountancy or other related financial discipline (e.g. ACA or CFA).
