We’ll help you succeed

You’ll be a Senior manager who will join our Valuation Team and you'll take the lead on engagements through to delivery. These engagements cover financial reporting purposes including intangible assets and purchase price allocations; advising on impairment issues, portfolio company/asset valuations, financial instruments and related fair value matters . The Senior Manager is also expected to support in further development of opportunities but also maintain the firms quality standards.

You’ll be someone with

• Solid grounding in valuations gained ideally from another professional services firm.

• Proficiency in a number of valuation techniques including: discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options and other derivatives pricing, intangible asset valuation techniques.

• Adept ability to interpret financial statements in the context of valuations.

• Strong business writing, analytical and excel modelling skills.

• Effective written and oral communication skills. 

• Excellent academic background including a professional qualification in accountancy or other related financial discipline (e.g. ACA or CFA).
