Van Driver - Full Time Or Part Time

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Van Drivers to join our growing network within our clients Depots across the country. Shifts are available on a Full Time or Part Time basis and as we are open 6 days, there is flexibility in the working week you choose as we have shifts available between Monday to Saturday.

If you want be part of a team that plays a vital part of the delivery process, then this is the role for you! Our client is responsible for the delivery of parcels to a nationwide network where you be delivering and collecting parcels from parcel shop locations liaising with colleagues here to ensure a smooth delivery and collection. A typical day in the life of a Van Driver will include around 10-15 drops, efficient driving of the vehicle adhering to road safety standards and effectively completing paperwork. Support is always available as we know that things can arise daily when navigating British roads, the friendly transport team are always available to help you a navigate through any issues.

Shifts:

• Monday - Saturday 10:00am start

Salary:

• £11.44p/h increasing to £11.80 after 12 weeks working

Essential skills and requirements for a Driver:

• We require you to have a full UK Driving Licence with a Van (Cat B) entitlement.
• No more than 6 points on your Driving Licence with no CD, DD or DD convictions

Newly qualified drivers are welcome as well as those with experience and all drivers are expected to undertake a short driving assessment which includes a brief written test so basic English is required to complete this.
