Vehicle Ledger Administrator

Our client is a rapidly expanding and successful motor dealership group, operating across London and the Home Counties with 58 showrooms, across 12 brands, having a turnover in excess of £500M and over 800 staff, they now seek an Vehicle Ledger Administrator to join a very busy finance team in their Head Office, based in Romford.
Reporting to the Vehicle Ledger Manager your duties will include:
- Ensuring vehicle orders and service information costs are correctly inputted onto the system
- Investigating & correcting miss-postings and errors
- Engaging with Sales and Service Teams to manage queries
- Credit control duties, chasing customers for outstanding payments
- Assisting the team with ad-hoc projects and processes
- Reconciling the system
- Dealing with customer queries
Experience Required
- Ideally an AAT studier
- Excellent numerical, communications and writing skills
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
