Key Responsibilities:
You will be based at our Head Office- Shrewsbury Branch, on the odd occasion you may be required to travel to our Telford & Newtown Dealership The role will involve dealing with all the administration tasks required to complete a vehicle sale this will include uploading used car vehicles for sale on our website, bringing purchased vehicles into stock records in an accurate and prompt manner. Locating a vehicle, completing dealer transfers, invoicing, taxing and assisting with the uploading of documentation to idocs our online storage system. You will be the support for Sales Executives and Sales Managers. You will also be responsible for the answering of the dealership switchboard ensuring the call is transferred to the correct department.
Skills required:
You will be extremely organised
Highly motivated and very enthusiastic to learn a variety of multi franchise systems
Have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile.
Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
Enjoy working as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 08.30am – 5.30pm – 1 Hour Lunch Break
