Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient work flow.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Lvl 3
- MOT Testing Certificate (Advantageous but not pivotal)
- 4 years proven experience as a Vehicle Service Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and technical specifications.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
