Vendor Key Account Administrator

Our client located in Basingstoke, Hampshire, is seeking a strong Vendor Key Account Administrator to join their team. This role would suit a highly organised individual who enjoys problem solving and working within a team environment.

This is a full time hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Role:

• To manage the end to end process of disputing all Amazon deductions via Vendor Central
• To report on all Amazon dispute resolutions for all debit types
• Manipulating Excel documentation and converting other document formats to Excel for downloading into a Scaleout programme. Checking output and editing in the VISTA System where necessary.
• Resolve and respond to returns, queries and claims promptly, accurately and legibly in line with the department service levels in order to facilitate payment
• Support in daily order tracking through to successful delivery

Skills/knowledge:

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel 2010e.g. exporting and filtering date, v lookups, pivot tables
• Highly organised with well-developed time management skills and able to work effectively in a pressurised environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible and willing attitude, experience of working in a fast paced customers services environment
• Data Capture/administration experience is preferable
