Welcome to an exciting opportunity at ManpowerGroup! We are actively seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as aProgramme Administrator

This is a fully remote opportunity with an OTE of up to 29k.

The Programme Administrator will work within the Administrative Team, that is responsible for maintaining multiple shared client inboxes and providing support to the wider PMO team.

The Programme Administrator will also support the Client, Suppliers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shared Inbox: respond and action all queries/ requests that are sent to the inbox within SLA
  • Ensure all parties kept abreast of progress on all outstanding items in flight
  • Manage the process for the assignment extensions for the contingent workforce in the EMEA region
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and Suppliers to ensure approvals are completed within agreed timeframes
  • Work Order Management updates (cost object, manager, rate changes, creation of new worker profiles etc)- responsible for all changes to worker profiles on the VMS tool - Fieldglass. All changes to be actioned in a timely manner to ensure that all contractor info is accurate.
  • Weekly checks to ensure timesheets are approved, and emailing managers to action if not done
  • Creating Excel spreadsheets from reports provided to track data
  • Run reports from Fieldglass to get required data needed to complete tasks
  • Updating Worker records in line with AWR and Tenure Discount rebates times
  • Attend team meetings
  • Supporting the Talent Advisors with ad hoc requests
  • Assist / complete Ad Hoc projects as directed by Line Manager
  • Supporting the EMEA Programme Admin Lead and wider team on designated projects to ensure all timelines are met.

Key attributes:

  • Computer literate with advance knowledge of MS Office and Outlook especially
  • Excel capabilities - advanced knowledge desirable
  • Ability to communicate comfortably, clearly and concisely with all stakeholders
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise in order to achieve deadlines (internal and external)
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
  • Experience of working with shared inboxes that has high volume
  • Ability to manage suppliers / third party agencies
  • Knowledge of VMS systems (Fieldglass) an advantage but not necessary.
  • Friendly, personable
  • Can work both within a team and independently confidently
  • Quick learner
