Core Responsibilities

In 2023, we welcomed a new vendor to oversee the end-to-end Store Operations for the LEGO Group, a critical role encompassing Incident Management, Major Incident Management, break/fix hardware replacement, hardware lifecycle management, software updates, and facilitating new store openings. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure seamless vendor performance and exceptional Retail Store Operations support.

  • Ensure outstanding Retail Store Operations support, managing SLAs and day-to-day performance.
  • Oversee incident and critical incident management processes, continuously improving them.
  • Foster collaboration between vendors and internal teams to solve problems collectively.
  • Deliver regular insightful reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Due to the high impact and visibility of this role, some on-call availability during UK hours is required.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Vendor Management experience in technical service settings with SLA management.
  • Appreciation of construction Project Management/Program Management in technical/hardware contexts.
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude, ready to roll up sleeves and dive in.
  • Proven track record as a Technical Project or Program Manager.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, able to engage with both experts and non-experts.
  • Strong leadership skills, with people management experience being desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Curious, growth-minded, and eager to expand your skill set.
  • Self-starter with adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
