The Vendor Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all client recruitment and retention marketing campaigns required to support the UNLEASH commercial team across all product ranges and to underpin the delivery of the full-year revenue.
Role responsibilities
1. Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B lead generation strategies to identify and reach new business customers and support renewal / upsell revenue growth.
- Utilise various marketing channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and partnerships, to generate high-quality leads.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
2. Content Marketing:
- Create compelling and engaging content tailored to the needs and preferences across the sub sectors of the HR Tech market.
- Develop and take responsibility of brochures, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other content assets to establish thought leadership and attract potential leads.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to enhance online visibility and attract organic traffic.
3. Data Analysis and Optimisation:
- Utilise analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse lead conversion rates, customer engagement metrics, and other relevant KPIs to refine marketing strategies and optimise lead generation efforts.
- A/B test various marketing elements to determine the most effective strategies for lead generation.
4. Commercial Team Support:
- Collaborate closely across the commercial teams at UNLEASH (new business, account management, customer success, and enterprise) to understand their requirements and align lead generation efforts with their goals.
- Provide the sales team with high-quality, warm leads and ensure seamless handoff processes to facilitate effective follow-ups.
- Continuously communicate with the commercial team to gather feedback on lead quality and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations and industry influencers to expand the reach and credibility of our brand.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing initiatives that generate mutual leads and enhance brand visibility.
6. Budget Management:
- Manage the customer marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most impactful lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor expenses, track ROI, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure optimal use of resources.
