We are looking for a Vendor Manager to interface between internal Apple Music Radio production teams and an external managed service Audio Production vendor. The individual in this role will work on worldwide productions for the Apple Music platform, radio and original content. They will be the point of contact representing Apple communicating required production timelines and deliverables working in a fast paced environment. The role requires experience working with external partners, with a strong preference towards candidates that have managed vendor relationships previously.

This role will be the primary contact responsible for communications between Apple production teams and an external managed service Audio Production vendor completing deliverables under the required deadlines. Interface daily with an external Vendor Manager counterpart to facilitate the creation of work parts required to build high-quality broadcast ready audio. In addition to the facilitation of work parts, you will be responsible for evaluating deliverables against established KPIs. You will provide feedback and direction on audio quality and other technical deliverables. - Enforce adherence to Apple Music Radio broadcast standards and requirements - Conduct rigorous quality checks on all audio content to ensure it meets the highest standards of clarity, consistency, and overall excellence. - Traffic and troubleshoot both creative and technical feedback from producers too external vendor. - Create reports and score cards for external vendors. - Maintain and submit weekly internal reports for Senior and Executive leadership with status of all projects in production. - Manage ingestion and trafficking of audio and imaging to maintain accurate library. - Ensure adherence to established taxonomy and ontology. - The role may have additional responsibilities.

Key Qualifications
- Demonstrable project management experience and a proven ability to identify KPIs, and track progress towards their completion.
- Experience reviewing audio content for quality assurance.
- Reliable, diligent and great editorial judgement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage personal and team workloads independently and effectively.
- Ability to learn and successfully operate multiple internal productivity, management and communication systems.
- Willingness to learn new systems and can absorb new processes quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible, calm under pressure and able to hit multiple deadlines.
- Problem solving skills, ability to use provided info to troubleshoot.
- Broad knowledge of music and technology. Fluency in multiple languages, both verbal and written a plus.
