The National Army Museum's mission is to tell the story of Our Army and the people who have served in it; to inspire, engage and educate, though our World Class Museum and Collections. Through our five permanent galleries, our temporary exhibition spaces and our innovative events programme, the public can explore what it's like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts - past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.
To enhance the reputation of the Museum as an events venue, ensuring that events are run successfully, with high client satisfaction and in-line with current health and safety and licencing legislation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as the Museum seeks to grow its income. Responsible for the Museum's Venue Hire and Events offer and our high profile Birthday Party offer, you will make a significant contribution to the Commercial Department's overall income whilst also raising the reputation of the Museum as a venue. The role is also responsible for delivery of a busy programme of key stakeholder events and strengthening these relationships.
Proven experience in planning, developing, and managing Venue Hire and delivering events is essential.
