In this role, you will contribute to the management, planning, and reporting of IVVTQA activities for assigned projects. You will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with product requirements and supporting the development of our cutting-edge systems.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Supporting the team lead in managing IVVTQA activities throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- You will be responsible for your assigned project's activities/deliverables including documentation         development/review.
- Implementing V&V tasks as part of IVVTQA events while providing leadership and coaching to junior team members.
- Monitoring tasking within budgetary constraints is also part of your responsibility.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary project teams under the direction of project delivery management.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Personal Line Management tasks including timesheet completion and Training/Personal development.
- Implementation of IVVTQA best practices internally and externally.
- Support department process improvement initiatives.
- Attend cascade meetings within the IVVTQA department.
- Comply with all policies related to Line Management and Technical delivery.

PROJECT SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:

- Support evidence-based approach for IVVTQA activities related to assigned projects/programmes.
- Contribute to project IVVTQA deliverables and continuous process improvement.
- Facilitate IVVTQA needs/requests from the Project management team.
- Estimate scope and effort for IVVTQA activities, monitor and report spend.
- Apply IVVTQA principles across the SE lifecycle, supporting acceptance process.
- Contribute towards key elements of IVVTQA management plans using approved methods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent experience in IVVTQA/ITEA for Systems Engineering/Software Engineering or Control Systems Engineering
- Competent in the use of DOORS or similar requirements management tool.
- Experience conducting IVVTQA activities within a Systems Engineering lifecycle.
- Previous experience with Military/Defence/Industry Standards for IVVTQA.
- Experience as a key contributor within an IVVTQA/Systems engineering team (4> personnel).
- Verification management tool experience and reporting associated metrics.
