Forest Veterinary Centre have a fantastic new Hospital Veterinary Surgeon position!
Veterinary surgeon required to be based primarily at our Epping Hospital.
Certificate holder in imaging preferred and the opportunity to run the hospital for the right candidate.
We are looking for an experienced vet to help run our busy hospital in Epping.
An interest in cardiology and ultrasound is preferred but not essential.
You will be expected to take an active role in running the hospital and help deliver the high standard of care that we pride ourselves on. You will also be expected to work your cases up thoroughly and formulate a comprehensive diagnostic and treatment plan. We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who thrives as part of a highly motivated team who is willing to take an active role in mentoring younger graduates, participate in our active journal club and strive to push standards forward.

About us
We are well equipped hospital in Epping serving our three branch practices. We have digital x-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, laparoscopy, endoscopy, bronchoscopy and a fully equipped laboratory on site (radio-active iodine unit at the Harlow branch for hyper thyroid cats). Multiple certificate holders in the team and further education actively encouraged.
Dedicated out of hours service based at Epping Hospital so no night duties.
Approximately four of five weekend a years ( sat/sun 8.00am - 6.30pm ) and time off in lieu given for these weekend. Two Saturday morning in a seven week rota.
