Job description

The Role

We are looking for a mixed practitioner to join our fantastic team of 13 vets. We offer a 4 day working week, basic working hours being 08.45am to 17.00pm. We have a good out of hours rota shared over 9 vets, and have a focus on providing staff with a good work life balance. Vets are compensated with a 4 day weekend after every weekend on call, as well as additional cash bonus per call out-of-hours. We have a structured day rota to ensure that everyone gets a genuine mix, but also encourage individuals to develop any areas of special interest they may have. We hold weekly in house clinical meetings to allow for case discussion and collaboration, or just a catch up.

Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate would have an interest in all areas (farm, equine and small animal) but would have the freedom and support to build on any field that especially interests them, CPD is actively encouraged with a generous allowance, professional fees and subscriptions are paid for.
