Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate VIP Sales Consultant to join the business and deliver exceptional client experiences. Reporting to the Store Director, you will enjoy developing client relationships, collaborating with the team, ensuring quality deliverables, optimising productivity, and meeting performance benchmarks.

The VIP Sales Consultant will have excellent experience in building relationships with VIP Clients and bespoke sales.

Responsibilities:

• Building client relationships
• Manage and coordinate all client bookings
• Lead client appointments
• Be first point of contact for VIP clients
• Achieve sales targets
• Be a strong brand ambassador

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a proactive, sales focussed environment
• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is essential
• Work in a collaborative manner with the team
• Some knowledge of CRM systems is desirable
• Attention to detail
• Flexible attitude
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
