A full time Visitor Services Assistant position is currently available in the Tourist Information Centre, the working hours are 37hrs (5 days) over a 7 day rota.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Visitor Services Assistant to join our dedicated team in the Tourist Information Centre, the ideal candidate will have some experience working with the general public, be flexible and willing to play a key role engaging with the thousands of visitors we welcome into the centre annually.

The role includes engagement with the general public selling attraction tickets, theatre tickets, merchandise and wayfinding as well as assisting with general queries.
