We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to assist the Visual Merchandising & Display Manager, in overseeing and monitoring the visual merchandising standards within UK and Danish Retail and Wholesale locations.

The Role
• Oversee and visit UK and Danish shops regularly, merchandising the shop floor in line with the marketing calendar and the relevant commercial pushes.
• Support with the implementation of window installs when required.
• Ensure the Paul Smith product is merchandised in store to maximise promotion and the relevant commercial pushes.
• Maintain strong working relationships with all Shop Managers and staff, ensuring the visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times.
• Collaborate on new ideas and initiatives for visual merchandising.
• Ensure that shops have all the required props and are utilising them in line with the global guidelines whilst also adhering to any global VM, pricing and tagging guidelines.
• Ensure that shops adhere to global VM, pricing and tagging guidelines at all times and that any global or retail specific guidelines or initiatives are followed from a visual merchandising point of view.
• Document any moves through photographs that can be shared with the wider business and support the wider UK VM Team with Seasonal showroom set ups.
• Train and support in-store Retail teams and Brand Specialists on VM standards and support shops during and in between visits. Provide shops with detailed remote VM plans when unable to visit.
• Support the Visual Merchandising & Display Manager with the organisation, preparation and completion of all matters relating to the London Showrooms.
Your Skills and Experience
• Previous credible experience of Visual Merchandising in a retail environment.
• Spatially aware with an appreciation for colour and imagery.
• Proficient window and interior display experience.
• Ability to work with sales figures and to a Global Marketing plan.
• Experienced in training staff to ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met.
• Confident in adhering to and enforcing guidelines.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Word and Excel.
