Title: Visual Merchandising (paid) Intern - Korean Beauty Industry
Schedule: Part-time ideally (but we can also offer full-time or flexible working)
Hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm
Location: IN PERSON - Between our London office and Offline Stores. This is not a remote position.

As a Visual Merchandising Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to assist in the creation and implementation of captivating displays and store layouts that showcase our K-Beauty products and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. This internship offers a unique opportunity alongside your studies to put into practice merchandising strategies and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Store Display Setup: Set up and install visual displays, window displays, and in-store promotional signage to highlight key products and drive customer engagement.
- Visual Merchandising Concepts: Brainstorm creative concepts and themes for store displays, taking into account current trends and seasonal promotions.
- Product Presentation: Ensure that products are presented in an attractive and organised manner, following brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all displays and stores.
- Brand Communication: Work with the buying team to organise brand-provided VMD (including reviewing CAD and technical fixture drawings)
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory of Visual Merchandising materials and props, including sourcing and ordering supplies as needed.
- Store Layout Optimisation: Participate in store layout planning and optimisation efforts to maximise traffic flow, product visibility, and sales opportunities.
- Visual Standards Maintenance: Conduct regular audits of store displays to ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines.

About our ideal candidate:
- Strong passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry (MUST)
- Pursuing a degree in Retail Merchandising, Design technology, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Strong creativity and visual aesthetic with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software for editing and interpreting technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
