Our client is currently seeking a motivated Contract Voids Coordinator to join their team in Hillingdon, London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing void properties and liaising with the council to ensure the timely and efficient turnaround of these properties. This role is an initial 2 month contract, inside IR35 (umbrella contractors only)
- Experience in Customer Service
- Strong background in working with local councils
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of property management processes would be advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent IT Skills
- Ability to co-ordinate the scheduling of appointments to maximise efficiency of the void service
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the Council's voids process
