Donalds Volvo in Ipswich are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a brand partner. The successful applicant will have at previous retail experience, have exceptional communication skills and be well organised. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will:
- Be booking in service, maintenance and MOT work
- Greeting customers visiting the dealership for aftersales work and meeting their expectations for quality of customer service that you would expect from a premium brand.
- Comply with manufacturer standards to help the dealership and department meet required KPI’s, and targets
- Maintain good housekeeping, administrative and organisation to aid your working day
- Go beyond the standard duties of your role to ensure your customer is satisfied and maintains a positive view of both Donalds and the manufacturer.
- Be a reliable and considerate member of the wider service team, treating others how you would wish to be treated yourself.
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure jobs are logged, received, monitored and completed to schedule and meet customer expectations.
- Be proactive of opportunities to upsell.

Monday- Friday 8am - 5:30pm Saturday (Rota Basis) 8:30 - 1pm
The UNCAPPED commission structure allows the applicant to reach a fantastic OTE of over £32,000 per year.
