What is the opportunity?
Support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services as a Vice President, within the infrastructure team. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, organisation and mentoring to Associates and Analysts in the team.
What will you do?
- Work as directed by the Head of Transportation & Logistics and other Managing Directors as required to develop and grow the infrastructure business in Europe
- Assist with origination and execution of transactions for target clients across relevant products, e.g. Advisory, Debt and Equity Capital Markets
- Manage workflow and outputs of Associates and Analysts
- Provide mentoring and training to Associates and Analysts
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- University degree or equivalent
- Investment banking experience or equivalent
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and professional work ethic
- Sound judgement with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels
- Teamwork approach with colleagues
- Knowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
