Key Responsibilities:
Order Placement: Manage and place orders to ensure the continuous availability of inventory.
Stock Level Maintenance: Monitor and control stock levels for optimal warehouse efficiency.
Goods Receiving: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of goods deliveries.
System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of various warehouse-related systems and personnel.
Customer Interaction: Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
General Admin Duties: Undertake various administrative tasks to support warehouse operations.
Shift Timing:
Monday to Friday
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate:
£11.55 per hour
Probation Period:
The role will become permanent for the right candidate after completing a 12-week probation period.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse administration experience is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software.
Excellent communication skills.
