Warehouse Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Placement: Manage and place orders to ensure the continuous availability of inventory.
• Stock Level Maintenance: Monitor and control stock levels for optimal warehouse efficiency.
• Goods Receiving: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of goods deliveries.
• System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of various warehouse-related systems and personnel.
• Customer Interaction: Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
• General Admin Duties: Undertake various administrative tasks to support warehouse operations.

Shift Timing:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  

Pay Rate:

£11.55 per hour

Probation Period:

📅 The role will become permanent for the right candidate after completing a 12-week probation period.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse administration experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software.
