Warehouse Administrator

 Primary Jobs / Duties

• Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect calls as necessary.
• Welcome visitors and ensure they sign the visitor’s book. Update visitor’s database.
• Complete warehouse inductions for visitors who are working onsite
• Produce picking labels, process through the system and send ASN’s
• Create manual production orders.
• Resolve stock discrepancies
• Arrange customer collections as required and send POC's to customer.
• Process receptions through WMS
• Produce racking labels and laminate as required.
• Answer customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Produce weekly and monthly stock reports as required and distribute to customers as required.
• Update line walk data when required.
• Update van mileage database.
• Update MHE checklist database.
• Help drive 5S in warehouse.
• Filing and general admin duties
• Ensure first aid boxes are kept fully stocked and complete weekly check lists.
• Liaise with delivery/collection drivers and ensure correct documentation is signed.
