About The Role
We’re looking for candidates with great customer service/ administration skills who thrive in a busy operational environment to join our team and help us to deliver our customer promise - to delight every customer, every time.
The development of our product sales function is to support the wider business in growing this existing revenue stream. This involves creating a national product sales and distribution hub which will include warehousing, dedicated internal sales support and a business development team.
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team. In the varied role of Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Daily Warehouse admin duties
- Collating orders and invoices
- Completing delivery notes
- Looking after the delivery of stock to the warehouse and shipment of stock out
- Liaising with delivery drivers and haulage

What you will need to bring to the role from day one:
- Previous administration experience
- Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
- Flexible and self-motivated, you’ll take the initiative and be keen to embrace new training opportunities
- Great communication skills – both verbal and written
- Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT/Computer skills. MS Office including Excel and Outlook & experience of database entry
- Previous experience in the hire or construction industry would be advantageous but not essential
