Project Administrator

Our superb client based in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join them for a 12 month contract working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a fully office based role.
As Project Administrator, you will work as part of a project team responsible for the development and role out of a new internal system. You will be responsible for producing training materials, travel arranging for project team members, booking of accommodation, diary management and coordinator of project meetings & workshops, assisting the project manager with planning and presentation updates, producing meeting minutes and actions, administering any project issues and to do lists.
To be considered for the role of Project Administrator, you will have previous project administration experience and will be familiar with using MS Project, Excel and project management tools. You will have strong organisational and communication skills and will have a good understanding of ERP data and how it is processed. You will also thrive on working in a fast paced environment.
In return, our client is offering a starting salary of up to £24,000, 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, pension after qualifying period, on site parking and excellent working environment.
